Hi guys, many of you know me.....been a while since I've been on. Been very busy this last year and spent the summer in Vegas. Really missed you guys and hope to make time to post here more often.

I'm doing fine. My ticker was giving me half an effort for a while but they tell me with the help of a few pills and better living I'll be good to go. It remains to be seen how long I can put up with it
