Normally I don't buy broken knives but every now and then a desirable knife pops up that I got to have even with issues. Got this Case Tested yesterday, overall in good condition except for a piece of bone on the mark side missing.
What are my options with this, can a piece of bone be fit in and finished to look close?

Kaleb (Muskrat Man) has some posts where he has patched the handles with another pc of bone and made it look great. Short of finding another handle - which won't be easy that may be your best bet.

I have a four line Camillus like yours with a chunk out of the handle down against the EZ-Open notch. I've decided to leave it as is. It gives the knife "character".

Greg, if I'm not badly mistaken they are WWII Navy & Coast Guard General Utility Knives.

I think maybe a fault in the bone and it looks very much like it was dropped on that corner. Dings in both the bolster and the center liner at that point. We'll never know now.

that color bone can be patched to look really good and almost invisible in most cases
