Landenberger custom
Just finished this one up, used some of my pre-ban ivory for the handle with mosaic pins, hand stitched sheath , and 1080 high carbon steel blade.
thanks for looking, terry

Re: Landenberger custom
Terry, you are a talented man; what a fine knife.
I very much like ivory handles for looks as well as comfort. Ivory needs it's edges to be radiused to properly fit the hand. The vintage knives always have the ivory edges rounded. More recent ones sometimes leave the edges square.
Can you post a 'spine shot' picture ? I would like to see thickness of steel as well as of ivory.

Re: Landenberger custom
Thanks Terry. I look for thin handle slabs as my hands are a bit smaller than average. Your knife looks like it might fit a larger hand better than mine.

Terry,
Really nice work on that knife. I was looking at your maker's mark. Is the number your pattern number or SN? I see it also carries over to the sheath, which, BTW, also looks great.

Steve, the number is about the number of knives I've made, it's really a few more than that, but each knife has a serial number plus the same number on my sheath. Thanks for the comments, Terry
