Does anyone know about Howes German knives?

I found a nice bone handled medium congress knife that is Howes German. I can't find anything about it. HELP!!

::welcome:: aboard sewsille 70. That's a nice looking knife. ::nod:: Blade's guide lists Howes Cutlery Co as a German Import Brand c 1900. It do not know which German company actually made it for Howes. :) s-k
