Actually, that is the one and only wormgroove bone handle I've seen on a Camillus (it has matching wormgroove on the back) and it actually makes me a little nervous until I see another one.Miller Bro's wrote:

With bone handles and that tang stamp, you have yourself a genuine, put together outta spare parts, single blade cigar jack. A one of knife, anyone would be proud to own.

Re: Show Us Your Camillus Knives!
Wow, a Custom Camillus ! and a lovely useful slender knife it is.
Jerry, did Camillus stop using jigged bone completely at some time before closure ?
I had thought that bone knives were on the 'menu' right up to 2007 ?
Thanks for help. I always appreciate it.

Re: Show Us Your Camillus Knives!
Camillus quit using bone sometime in the late '50s or very early '60s. The only bone I recall seeing after that was three SFO '72s made sometime in the '90s. Since I concentrate on the 72 pattern, I can only speak for them but I don't recall seeing any other pattern with bone handles after the mid-'60s.

Well, there ya go. I don't recall ever seeing a Silver Bullet. Maybe I saw one or more on eBay but passed over them because they held no interest for me.
When you say Silver Bullet, is this what you're talking about?

Re: Show Us Your Camillus Knives!
Here is a bone 67 I just got. It has a Crack in the bone but it will make a great EDC. Already have a Delrin 67 and that pattern is one of my favorites .
