That knife is authentic....it is a later one made by Ulster post-WWII 1950's era...at that time Ulster was the lower priced line of Schrade, so it is a mid-quality rather than a high quality knife. Not to be confused with the 1920's era Keen Kutter knives made in the Walden factory.
