I bought this BOKER USA stockman 9885 for just a few bucks. The spay and sheep foot have never been sharpened, maybe the clip has been drug over a stone a time or two. I can buy a similar Boker on e-bay for $35 up. To get it repaired would probably cost that much or more. As you can see from the picture the spring for the spay and sheep foot blades is broken. Unless somebody knows where to send the knife for a factory repair, do Bokers have any warranty policies

I've been wanting to start piddling with knife repair for a long time but never seem to have the time, being retired and all

. I love finding the old knives and just cleaning and sharpening, then put 'em the pocket for a day or two, then put 'em a bag or box with the others I've gathered up over the years.
Got to readin' one of Dale's (Orvet) tutorials on knife repair and decided to see if I can make a single blade, thin/narrow 4" knife out of this "prize". It make take a while to get started, but I do have good intentions
