If you search this forum for threads started by me, "Kootenay Joe", you will find about 20 with unsold knives. Likely most of these you have not seen because who reads past page 1 ?
I am open to reasonable offers. You decide what is reasonable and then email me with the offer: [email protected]
The knives i have posted are all 'good' knives, i.e. ones that i consider to have something special about them. They all are knives i would like to keep but i can no longer afford to.
If you find that one or more really speak to you, then this is an opportunity to get it for less than what it could be bought for elsewhere. My motto: "buy high, sell low, be poor, and be happy".

Re: Looking for Offers
Whatever financial loss you might take is reduced by the pleasure of finding, owning, and enjoying those knives. My guess is you probably came out ahead.

Re: Looking for Offers
Dennis, "came out ahead", in the big picture, yes. But in the financial department i am 30-50% behind on most sales. On a few i have come closer to breaking even. Note that the prices i sell for include shipping and PP fees. The amount left over is what i use when i say 30-50% 'loss'.
I see this as 'rent' for the pleasure of ownership. And i get pleasure from passing along a good knife to someone who will appreciate it and feel good about what he paid for it.
Fairness is most important to me but i have difficulty being fair to myself. I could never have been a successful businessman.
Now good people who are reading this, how about doing a search and see what goodies could be yours.

Hey KJ,
Been looking at all the knives you have posted on here for sale, if I had the extra cash, I would be all over those 3 fightn roosters. I am a fightn rooster man. I have a few and really love them. I hope someone who appreciates them for the true knives that they are will buy them.
