clauss
here is that old clauss, finally got around to working on it. zebra wood, file work and stippled bolsters. my first attempt at stippling bolsters. used a nickle pin, should have used a steel one. oh well, i can change it later. 4' closed.

very nice Johnnie. I have more of them kleins than I know what to do with, I guess working a few would be one thing. your filework is especially nice.

thanks guys. dale i taped th liner and bolster to my small anvil and used a modified nail set punch. rounded the bottom to dull it and started hitting lightly with a 5 oz hammer. the bolsters were gouged pretty deeply so this seemed a good way to cover. real easy to do and i'm gonna do it again.
