Ima wearing a Sergio caddys' vest

The Remington Corporation and the knives that they built have influenced the U.S. cutlery industry more than nearly any other manufacturer. From the time America was settled, to the end of WWI, American knife companies struggled to compete with Britain and German imports, but events that occurred during and after the First World War led to a great change in this phenomenon. Unprecedented opportunities arose, and Remington stepped up to seize the moment. In the process, they created some of today's most prized collectables. In an ironic twist, the next World War played the greatest role in ending the company’s domination of the industry.

Post by MrBlister »

Welp . . . in addition to the newly posted Schrade Cut Co's..
I also rec a sweet and RARE REM scout that must have been
one of few advertising knives.. Ordered by Spalding Sports (in its early yrs)
Note the pile side of the spear is etched AG SPALDING & BROS..
A REM-whale i know sez these are VERY RARE.. this is the 2nd one he's seen...
AND a Schrade auto in good shape as well.. blade rises LOW..
fires hard and locks tight ... So in general I'd say. . .
I HIT THE LOTTO 6 times in one day .....
Enjoy in advance... and... HET in advance
