Thank you so very much. I am slightly disappointed in the response to this article.
I have only heard from a few of the forum members on it. I have recieve numerous kudos from other knife historians that are highly respected though.
could be my subject matter was just not that interesting to the general collector.
I do enjoy a mystery and the historical aspect.

Unfortunately, I have not had the pleasure of reading this article. Having just recently finished PA's book, I'm sure the article was equally fantastic. He has away of unpacking a story and getting down to the detail that one normally misses in more generic historical accounts. Hopefully, one day the mystery of the big cutlery will be solved. If anyone can accomplish it, it will be our PA.
