Anyone here do lapidary work?

Post by muskrat man »

I have a couple nice old sharpening stones with chipped edges/ends that I would very much like to get cut to remove the chips (shortened/narrowed) if anyone here has the means to shoot me an email or pm and we'll work out a price. These are mostly of the hard Arkansas variety

MM, a couple times I've had stones cut down by companies or individuals who make gravestones. Cost is usually pretty reasonable.

Just wondering if a tile saw would work or would the stones be to hard? Mike
I pay extra for patina
