Pal EZ Opener restoration
Here is another restoration I just finished for the OKCA show.
There was nothing left of either bone handle when I got the knife.
It appeared it had sat that way a long time. In addition to the handles being gone, the blade had no snap.
I just happened to have a Pal Blade Co blade that would fit the frame, even though the Pal Blade stamp was post war. There is a pit in the back of the blade, but there is lots of work left in that this old soldier!

Now that's a winner! I agree with Philip, I'd scoop it up in a heart beat. That's very stunning bone too.

I am glad you like it Dan and I am even happier that you carry it!
It is easy to make a pretty knife, it is much harder to make them so they hold up to the rigors of everyday carry.
