ID of "B & S" knife

This is a 3 1/2" 'heavy duty' pen knife, or could be called an Equal End Double End jack knife, but "pen" is easier.
Handles are bone, both blades are marked with "B & S" in a circle. Bolsters & caps all show the presence of 2 pins; 1 must be pivot and other to secure bolster. I think this is all original.
Do you know who "B & S" is ?

I have found 2 uses of "B & S" in Anthony Carter's book:
Robert Boker & Sohne: B & S under a stylized tree
Bontgen & Sabin: B & S inside of a square and a parallelogram. (good thing i had geometry in high school)
No mention or diagram of the B & S logo that is on my knife.

Thanks to Dragunski, I have a Bontgen & Sabin and I would like to opine that your knife is not Bontgen & Sabin. (which I'm sure you've already decided)

This may a bit of a stretch but I have a couple of razors that were made by George Baker & Sons in Germany that uses a beaded oval around their name. Might possibly stand for "Baker & Sons". The checkering on bone is a very unusual treatment usually associated with 50's era Japanese knives. This is much neater than those. As an aside George Baker had some really beautiful razors with fancy celluloid handles and even file worked blades.
