Case Bulldog Question

Post by BamaFatman »

I originally posted that this knife was a '40-'64 But I've got a question about the tang stamping, because now I think it's a '65-'69. The front tang stamp is Case XX over 5172, nothing else. Then on the back tang it says hand made in USA. Does this make it a '65-'69?

hi bama, i saw your original post on the knife and thought i saw the usa on the back. yes, its a 65-69. looks like a real beauty too. i have also that my sister gave me last year for xmas. ive posted a few pics of it here before. i was really suprised, because they carry a pretty hefty price and i was suprised that she spent that much on me.....lol. anyway, its a great looking knife.
