Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
I see longhorns, Highlanders, Santa Gertrudis, Herford's etc. with horns around here and other horned cattle all over the country but seldom in knife handles. This isn't even cattle country but I see more mounted on cars like Boss Hogg than I do on knife handles so it can't be a shortage of horn. One pair of mounted horns could make many knives. Must be lack of demand.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
The Case Saddlehorn is fast becoming my #1 - it's a solid, fairly heavy knife - the elongated butt end fills the palm nicely ... I like the firm half stops & snaps shut like a bear trap. Funny, I never really liked the looks of it until I owned one ... now, my other Case's are getting lonely
pffffft that's not a knife ......... now THAT'S a knife !! Crocodile Dundee

This today. It's become just about my favorite carry. Case CV back pocket and a Sak climber.
That big I'll long back pocket is thin and for a big knife it disappears in your pocket.

This beautiful example of Dale Vincent's craftsmanship has been pulling duty a lot recently.

Yes sir! Straight line block script federal shield 72. It goes good with an Eastwing hammer and a Swanson Speed Square. Right at home ya might say.
