I admire his work and I've seen a lot of it on another site. I've seen some guys produce everything from 1840's era to ultra-modern. I can give you some other names, but Pauls work is something to admire. If you have trouble reaching him, just pm me, I may be able to contact him or someone else who makes some excellent sheaths. Paul Long (sheathmaker), Chuck Burrows http://www.wrtcleather.com and Sandy Morrissey are all great. Chuck is more into period leather, The site I was referring to is down right now, I suspect it will be up on Monday.

Singin 46,
I have 4 or 5 Schrade sheaths tucked away somewhere, if that sounds like anything in which you might be interested. I will post a photo of one of them and I notice it has a smudge on it. I would ship a clean one.
I normally get $6 for them, plus whatever postage might be with no markup. I can mail by first class or by priority, your choice.
If you are looking for something to use, this would be a good choice. They are not fancy at all.

pm AAPK Member 'RAYBAN' who is an excellant leather man. He has made me about a dozen sheaths from folders and fixed blades to double bit axe to a folding bolo machete.
His web page is under his post in the thread about a Marine aviator knife or any place else he has posted.

Thanks Savage, I can always use another source, so far I just make sheaths for my knives that go out to customers, really a time constraint and won't compare to the quality that the guys mentioned in this thread can do. ::tu:: ::tu:: Some day, I hope my quality can be up there with those guys. ::tu:: ::tu::
