What type of "opening" lever is this?

What's it called?

Introduced in the very late 1990s, Camillus called that the "LEV-R-LOK".

I have one of these. A few years ago these would get quite a bit of bidding on ebay with selling prices up to $50+.

Unfortunately the new owners of the Camillus brand are having them made so it's difficult to tell the old from the new. I took a look and noticed prices for originals are still more than I want to pay just to have an example in my accumulation.
