Case XX 6375 handle?

I've been working on my cataloging based on suggestions from folks here at AAPK. I've bought the suggested books and I'm going one knife at a time and trying to learn as much as possible. Then I hit this.......

I have a Case XX 6375. Problem is, I don't know if I have a Red Bone, Reddish Bone, Pretty Bone or Bone handle.

It's very hard to take a picture of the handle that represents the color perfectly, but I've added a couple. Could you please help me with thoughts on what handle it is?

I'm not sure what the color is, the pictures seem to show the pile side a little lighter than the mark side. I believe I've read that at one time it wasn't a problem if they weren't a perfect match as they were considered tools to be used, not necessarily collected.
Your 6375 is definitely a HOK, as the jigging on the bone handles is well worn.
Hopefully an expert will come by with the proper name for the color. One thing I do know is that is the kind of knife that I enjoy finding or trading for .

Absolutely! I have a couple XX 6375's that the scales don't match. I have a HOK XX 6375 with just a bit more blade than that and slick worn scales. Man does it get sharp! It's one of my favorite edc.

I'll tell you what an old time collector (older than me even) told me long ago. If you show the handles to any layman (not a knife collector) on the street and they don't say the color is red then it's not red bone. He told me both handles should be layman red end to end and I have always held that to be true. From the pictures I'd say the handles are good old bone. Nice looking knife!

I would call that "brown bone", although I don't know if that is proper description from Case.

Viewing the OP pics on my tablet, I say "not redbone".

Here are a couple of examples of red bone , however , it was too overcast to take the pic outside and I had to resort to using a flash and the result is a poor picture .

ive herd that called ""pretty bone"" when its brownish ..

but on ebay it would be referred to as.......

LIDO LAVENDER GRADE 6 METALLIC REDDISH TO BROWNISH SHADE LIKE A
REDDISH BONE DESMOINES FIRETRUCK WITH A RUST STREAK
SO ATLEAST I CAN GET RED AND BONE IN MA DESCRIPTION . .

Classification, I was referring to Rooskie's knife as red. The OP definitely is not red.
