Hello All;
As you can see I like the history more than the glitter(today anyway).
Found these at a small shop up the river(seems as tho im there a lot)a ways.
The military folder is 1943/45 era, A rerun of Kingston for the gov. by Albert Baers joint Ulster/imperial venture.
The double ender is a Pyremite handled Remington with 1921/1924 stamp on pen tang and 1923/1934 stamp on little spear.
The advertising knife is stamped The Ideal over USA. Had no luck finding this mark, must be a throw off of one of the Ideal' that are listed.
The Buffalo Skinner is a fantastic condition early J Russell, you can see how the rust comes off leaving over a hundred years of patina, the handles are coffin shaped with a couple of splits no gouges or breaks, the blade is over 90%. The tang tapers to the end and from top down as a true hammer forged knife of the era would be,

Thats a pretty nice little Remington, it should be a pattern 7925, Remington also made a 7945 that was identical other than the 7945 had a bail. It looks like you have already pinned down the date to a 23-24. Thats a prety early pattern of that knife. Nice find.

That Remington knife has the same handle as two German knives that I have. Does that help date them to a similar time or was that design/material quite wide spread? s-k
