I noticed today at Wal-Mart that they carry the single pot packets of Hilander Grogg in another brand. I can't tell you of course if that applies to your Wal-Mart.

I got hit! Not by an active member, but a friend sent me an early Christmas bomb. It's right up my ally and one I needed for a special set I'm putting together.

I intended to post this and would have sworn I had but "Oh look! There goes a chicken." Old age is not for sissies.

Our boy Scott (TripleF) picked up a Stainless DE Imperial the other day and when I inquired about it, he said "it's yours". Scott being Scott, I couldn't talk him into letting me give him anything for it. And of course, Scott being Scott, when it got here, it hadn't made the trip by it's self. Thanks Scott. For the knife and the other goodies. You're a generous man and I appreciate you more than you know.

Those pens have the soft rubber tip on them and are as handy as a pocket on a shirt for touch screens.
The Case blade opener is something I've occasionally looked at but never jumped on. Thanks to Scott, now I have one.
The Imperial DE isn't factory condition but it's darn close, plus it has solid bolsters.

Not sure what got into him but Larry (jlw257) sent an email to me on Wednesday, simply saying, "Ups left it at front door".

I went Whaaat? But I went to the front door anyway and sure enough there was a package there. At first I thought he was clairvoyant but then I opened it and this is what it was.

What ever got into ya Larry, whether it was the Christmas Spirit or several glasses of eggnog, I appreciate it. That is too cool for school and I like it very much.

I think you're right Tommy. Another one came today. I was bombed all the way from Hawaii but it didn't bring any warm weather with it, just warm fuzzy holiday feelings and that's plenty.

~Q~ (QTCut5) sent me this GEC 153115 Barlow. He said he can no longer keep up the maintenance on his collection and Hawaii isn't playing nice with the 1095 steel so he's thinning the herd. It has some rust spots on it but I am very grateful to get it and humbled by his generosity.

It's a really nice knife, Tommy. Sheepfoot blade, half-stops, really nice bone and 1095 steel which is probably my favorite.

I got BOMBED from Scott.. A nice hunk of fat wood, shorts, and a carpenter axe!! WOW!! Thanks Scott!!!! He and I did a trade awhile back and I got to try some fat wood!! Well.. After burning up what he sent, I was joking around with Scott that what would I have to trade to get a truck load?? And then the BOMB landed here!! Thanks!! John
