Buck Compadre Series

Hoyt Buck produced the first Buck Knife in 1902. Hoyt and his son Al moved to San Diego and set up shop as H.H. Buck & Son in 1947. Al Buck revolutionized the knife industry in 1964 with the infamous Model 110 Folding Hunter. The company's innovative history and attention to quality have made for many great collectible knives.

Buck Compadre Series

Post by 1967redrider »

Wondering if anyone has used any of the Compadre Series Bucks? I ordered a Camp knife and a Froe machete, waiting on them to arrive. MidwayUSA has a steal of a deal on the Compadre Froe machete with FREE DELIVERY while they last; http://www.midwayusa.com/product/956377 ... cm_vc=L013
Made out of 5160 spring steel, should be durable and hold an edge quite well. Heritage Walnut Dymondwood handles and pretty nice leather sheaths too. Appreciate your input! ::handshake::
