Picked up this 48 Improved Trapper with a little rust on both spines, otherwise like new. Got most of the spots off and now it's up to snuff. Nice knife, love both blades, natural bone, and trapper handle. Decent knife.

Not to me. S&M can call it a Trapper if they want but to me, to be a Trapper the secondary blade needs to be a spay blade. I would call what you have a Jack Knife but that's just my opinion.

Regardless of what you call it, it's a beautiful knife.

Pretty much how I felt, Trapper= clip & spey. Just wasn't sure what other name to give it with that frame. ROFL@ he won't come anyway....Dog leg Jack it is, til I have a reason not to. Thanks!

Just got home, sorry for late response TripleF. It's Moras new line. This one is the "Pro C"
for carbon which are red. The "Pro S" are blue and Sandvik stainless.

The '65-69 Mini Trapper twins. The 6207 stamped numbers are different sized, other than that, main stamp looks the same. Any way to tell specific years by pattern number stamp? Thanks if you have any ideas.
