Custom Randall Made Throwing Knives Circa 1965
I am new to this forum and this is my first post. So, I thought I would share with you my two favorite fixed blade knives. They are a matched set and are named Anna and Belle. Yes, they have a name.
I purchased these knives from the family of a good friend who passed away in 2010. My late friend designed them and commissioned Bo and Gary Randall to make them in 1964. They were delivered in 1965.
These knives are very unique. My friend's favorite author was Leslie Charteris, who wrote a long running series of books before and after WWII with a fictional British character named Simon Templar, also known as The Saint. The Saint used many weapons during his heroic exploits - including two throwing knives he named "Anna" and "Belle."
My friend was an accomplished knife thrower and these RMK knives were used for many years. They are all original and were never broken in any way.

Every now and then you see a knife and realize you have never seen anything like it before. In some cases it's because there is nothing else like it. I think this is one of those times. Awesome pair of knives!
