Maker?

Post by SFC ADP »

I have this very small Pen Knife, was wondering if anyone knew who the maker is?
I cannot read the name, it looks like it Starts with a cursive "G" and then an "L" then a word. If anyone is familiar with this stamp, let me know!

Boy oh boy, you stumped me on that one. I have looked everywhere and NOTHING. Is it possibly a custom? Most likely not though. Is it of quality? Looks like it might be. What is is made of? Pins, blades, liners etc. Sorry I couldn't help :?

I got it answered on Levine's site, he said it is from a company called DeLuxe. I looked them up in my guides, they are now out of business.

Are you sure it's not "Salm" They made a lot of knives of that type. I'm sure that Salm and Deluxe were made by the same company , c.1926-35...

Yes Salm is listed in one of my references next to Deluxe, the one out of California. So I think it is one in the same.
