They carry Dukes locally so last summer I picked up a jar. Never let it be said that I won't at least try it. I tried it one time and ended up throwing out the rest of the jar.

Woow-wee knew I smelt something peeeeutrid--Jerry I grew me some kind a pink lookin tomatoes last year that was good eaters but never smeared no MW on them--hope it didn't make you to awfully sick-------I ain't got no tomatoes yet except cherries & them don't count--I did make a BLT with Cherry tomatoes the other day--sliced them little suckers in half dumped everything in a piece of Pita bread worked alright but I need some full size tomatoes soon-----

First ripe big 'un for me this year....Cherokee Purple. ..plus a cherry tomatoes for perspective! And these lemon cukes are turning out to be quite prolific!

Mike, that Cherokee Purple is a fine looking tomato. Let us know how the taste compares to the standards such as Big Boy, etc.

I'll be darned. That's the same supper I had only I had God's nectar, Miracle Whip. Sorry, no picture. It's probably already mostly digested. :mrgreen:

Green Zebra tomatoes, Mortgage Lifter tomatoes. ..Jamaican Mushroom Peppers and Habanero peppers. ....now they are starting to come in!

Today's haul. Brandywine, Purple Cherokee, Mortgage Lifter and Green Zebra tomatoes...some Jamaican Mushroom peppers, a habanero, and the first ripe ghost pepper!

Mike, I really enjoy your harvest pictures and your knives.
I don't harvest anything but I'm gonna finegel my in this thread one way or another.
