Buck Purina knife

Post by Beag1eGal »

I have a Buck knife. Single lock blade 525. It has Purina Mills,Inc. On the handles with the usual red and white checker board. I having trouble determining if it is a "C" after the number or a sideways "U". Anybody know when Buck made these. I have read that they were handed out to loyal customers and larger feedlot companies. Thanks for your help!
