Go here: http://www.ukworkshop.co.uk/forums/ Go to the "Wanted" board, and post a want-to-buy, but phrase it that you are seeking UK and European stones rather than "high end" stones.
None of the stones you listed are superior to equivalent-grade US stones, be they Arkansas or from other sources, but they are different. . . and that makes for some fun comparisons!
