Double "U" Restoration (1 Ulster & 1 Utica)

Here are a couple knives I mailed back to an AAPK member today.
The first is a Ulster Equal end cattle knife.

The second was a Utica Kutmaster jack.

Here is the before pic with the set of Henckels stag handles I put on it. You can see how twisted out of shape the handles are.

This pic shows how thin the stag is. Henckels were masters at cutting nice thin stag! ::nod::

Here is the knife in pieces:

I suspect these two knives were made in the late 1940s or 1950s judging from the type of plastic handles.


Here is the completed knife with stag handles. The stag came from the Henckels factory. I love how think they cut their stag.
