The first is a Ulster Equal end cattle knife.

The second was a Utica Kutmaster jack.
Here is the before pic with the set of Henckels stag handles I put on it. You can see how twisted out of shape the handles are. This pic shows how thin the stag is. Henckels were masters at cutting nice thin stag!
Here is the completed knife with stag handles. The stag came from the Henckels factory. I love how think they cut their stag.
