Very obvious fake. On Tested 88 you need to be careful as there are some Winterbottom Bone fakes
that have been around for a few years. They are well done.

I HAVE BEEN COMPARING THE TWO SHEEP FOOT BLADES ON THESE 88 AND I DETECT SOME MINUTE DIFFERENCES IN THE 2 BLADES. THE GREEN BONE NAIL GROVE STARTS AT A SLIGHT DISTANCE FROM THE TANG AND IT ENDS JUST SHORT OF THE END OF THE BLADE SPINE SWEDGE. THE TANG ON THE GREEN BONE HAS A SLIGHT DIP "canoe like" IN ITS SHAPE. THERE IS ALSO A SLIGHT DIFFERENCE IN THE ANGLE OF THE EDGE OF THE TANG SHOLDER GRIND WHERE THE BLADES BEGINS. "O" WELL AM I BEING TO PICKY?
BEAUTIFUL KNIVES. THERE ARE SO MANY FAKES OUT THERE THAT IT'S CAUSING ME TO BE OVER THE LINE MOST TIMES.

The OP knife had a $2500 price tag and shows best offer accepted. Doing a advanced eBay search for "Case Tested" and sorting by highest price first shows the knife as the highest selling price and above the next listed price of $1650.

Someone bid over $1650 for that terrible fake! You gotta be kidding me
