.....coming my way, nice Appaloosa bone scales....but it has a broken tip. It's been suggested that I grind the blade into a Warncliffe and use the knife as an EDC. Great idea me thinks....but, where would one go for a display of different Warncliffe profiles?

You may see a bunch on eBay. Also many knife books have profiles in them. But, I know of none that have 3D profiles. A Warncliffe typically has a thick spine but, this is a rescue mission to salvage a blade. Go slow, keep a bucket of water handy if using a typical grinder. To much heat can destroy the temper. That the advantage of a DC controlled varialble speed grinder. A few months ago I do know there was a Warncliffe thread,

maybe longer. Good luck, it's a good feeling to turn junk into serviceable.

if it's the one you p[osted a while back you can easily regain the original profile with a little grinding

Yep....after looking it over for a while, I decided to do as little as possible to it and try to mimic the original profile. Just give it a good cleaning and use it!
