Hen and Rooster's, single blade and a Congress, in stag. Love the single blade, not usually a fan of the Congress pattern in general, but it's a nice knife ::tu:: Odds are pretty good I'll only need one knife at a time, anyway....

A pencil like that is just about exactly what you need when doing carpentry.

I cut up some fatwood yesterday in order to begin selling it on ebay (philco was my first customer - thanks again bud!) and the color orange made me think of, and decide to carry this customized Camillus knife by my good friend Dale (orvet)......

Carpenters Pencils & Carpenters Whittlers - sort of go together. Been carrying my Schrade 863 last several days, what a nicely proportioned pocketknife. One of the side benefits of selling building materials to lumberyards is all the neat give-away's (hats, pens, pencils, tape measures, etc.) such as these Carpenters Pencils - I always have a nice supply. Nice EO Scott, looks smooth. OH

Great carries guys! I always enjoy the diverse carries shown here.

These two after a blade stone touch up, joint oiling, Blue Magic Polish on the metal and some mineral oil on the stag and chamois wipe down. I really like this combo. Still enjoying the file and bolster work on the swing guard.

Thanks Steel! Call me Jerry if you like.

I agree. Size, blade type and lengths, beautiful stag that is not too thin or fat. I really like that knife as an EDC. The 75 is a perfect EDC pattern, in my opinion. Also partial to the CASE 92, 99, 32, 31 and 35 and 11-1/2L. Those all have their place and fill my EDC needs just fine.

Take care, Jerry

I agree. No matter how far I stray I always come back to the Case 75 pattern stockman.

As always Jerry that 5375 of yours is probably the best looking one I've ever seen. ::tu::

Thanks Wade. I have an identical (except for stag of course) in my collection. Got those form my Dad and I think he paid 62 bucks apiece.
While I love the Stockman and double ended Jack Moose 75, it would have been cool if CASE made a 75 regular Jack with that clip and sheepsfoot, just for another variation of this great pattern.

Jerry, I could look at your Cheetahs all day long and never get bored. You have some real beauties. That was the first Case pattern I started collecting so it will always hold a special place in my heart.

Thanks for the compliment Q. I was my Father's favorite pattern also. Certainly not the most popular CASE pattern for most collectors but I really like that pattern best of all that CASE made. Not for everyone though and that is OK too.
Although I really like Congress and Trappers and own more than a few of each, just not my thing. Take a nice swing guard over those any day personally.

Take care and Regards, Jerry

Like your choices there steelmyheart.
Been carrying this MM aka Schrade 89OT a lot lately.
I use the serrated blade quite a bit.
Sharpening serrations is usually a chore for me but not so with this one, don't know why. It gets pretty sharp.
