Just got this Solingen in the mail from France. It's distributed by Gustav Genschow (GECO). See his stamp on a lot of old ammo and firearms, but on a blade seems to be quit rare, either way, nice Solingen for $28.00 shipping included.

That's a fine old Case! I could carry that one around and be proud. Almost want to call her a HOK but looks like she's been shined up a bit, but that's okay with me . I would like to have been guilty of finding her.

Thanks Phillip, you're right, it did get shined up. To bad really. Looking close you can tell there was some corrosion on the blades. She lost some of her age marks, but all of the mechanical qualities one gets from this era of Case is still there. Springs are almost too strong for me. Both blades have 1/2 stops.

That's one heck of a knife Joe. I have one and it snaps like a bear trap. You hold it in your hand and you just feel the strength the knife has built into it.
