How could I forget this one?! This is daddy's old 3 eye Eye Brand whittler. Originally it had Christmas tree celluloid scales. It was his Sunday go to meeting knife, and as a kid I'd look at it through the glass door of the gun cabinet and think it was the prettiest knife I'd ever seen.

A few years ago he gave it to me. Then it started to out gas so off to Glenn it went. It came back with these awesome red stag scales. Hope you like it I know I do for various reasons.

Thanks! I'm sure glad you like it.

The best I can tell based on the shield, tang stamps, and the old double eye etch it's from the 70's. It has the double eye etch and all thee tangs are stamped with an eye.

2015 Northwoods Willamette Whittler, Blue Camel bone, 3 3/4 closed, 6 1/2 open. One of the sweetest around. Everything right and pretty too. Great one there Colonel 26, and all of the above.

I just posted this on the new pickups thread, but it belongs here too. It's a new old stock Craftsman 9488 (Schrade 804). Here it is after I removed the surface corrosion that was coating the blades from years of sitting around.

Here's an old Maher & Grosh. 3 9/16". Sizable pearl. Half stops on the pens.
Any one have an idea who made this for Maher & Grosh?

Robeson SurEdge split spring Swell Center/Balloon Whittler. Clip, pen, coping. 6 in open, 3 1/2 closed. Great fit and finish, transitions, pins, springs. Decent, smooth moderate snap and slight side to side main blade wobble. Don't know the year, didn't know it was made by Queen, big Q tang stamp on the main blade, pile side. Feels a bit light and flimsy after the GEC and Case whittlers I'm used to using. Secondary blades are pretty thin, flex easily. Otherwise a good solid knife.

1975 Half Whittler, Clip and pen, Red Bone, 3 1/4 closed, 5 1/2 open. Got this one well corroded, rusty inside and dull as a post. Little elbow grease with Ballistol and a stone and now it's razor sharp and looking better.
