Ebay Question

Hi folks,

Does ebay allow you to research auctions that have expired as long as 3 months ago. I passed up a knife a while back because another seller promised me his set that never materialized. The knife I wanted went on auction but never sold and the seller never relisted it.

I did not think to save his name to my favorites and now I would like to contact him to ask about the knife. So I was wondering if I could look at the completed listings to research his name so I can ask him about the knife. When I go to ebay's completed listings it only goes a few days back.

Is there another way to go back further or am I pretty much stuck with what I am seeing???
