BENCHMADE WARRANTY CREW hooked me up....

Contacted BENCHMADE about replacing a pocket clip and the 3 screws....

NO QUESTIONS ASKED........ THEY MAILED ME WHAT I NEEDED, "FOR FREE"!!! :shock: ::tu:: ::tu::

ALL HOOKED UP...AND READY TA TOTE!!! ::ds:: ::groove:: 8)

just a lil ONLINE shout out ta say: GREAT SERVICE & THANKS AGAIN!!!!! ::handshake::

They did the same thing for me. I needed pivot hardware for my Bali-Song so the sent 3 different sizes no questions asked. The good companies are on top for a reason!!

::undecided:: here is my 800fresh back from Benchmade :shock: whatch ya think :xI thought they had experienced cutlers being employed ::shrug:: they said due to the custom handles she was out of warranty ::facepalm:: in there defence they kinda made her USABLE :shock: and they said she is worth a lot of money ::hmm::let's see,blade not centered,clip screws don't match,could not cut screws flush,the one that really got me is the third picture they could not make up a back spacer :lol: :x :x :x :x ::doh:: I'm going to cool down now.

Have you been back in touch with the Benchmade folks since you got your knife back ?

I think I'd be inclined to discuss my disappointment with them.

I heard ya Bug but I still love my others ::nod:: just that they have some kahunahs sending this knife back to anyone :x and Phil you are absolutely correct but I STILL HAVE TO COOL DOWN if you think Geno was upset with GEC ya haven't seen anything yet.
