both of these knives are 40"s era.. one is a jumbo jack black wood handles in good cond... the other is a 4257 i think its a office knife it has white handles and a adv on one that reads..midland laboratories,, dubuqe, iowa its in ex cond still has its org leather pouch... any guess on how rare or how much the would sell fore

Hello 49trapperfan, I think the office type knife is one that is seen fairly often, I have seen them in the tested time frame with the same add that yours has. I saw one in a antique store in very good condition priced at 45.00 . Hope this helps some.

On the 4256 I read if it is Etched, in mint condition, $100
if it is plain, then $50.
As far as the Jack knife, would need a better description to find out what it is.
