A couple of new mods!

Post by #goldpan »

Well I have always enjoyed seeing what Glenbad had done with the screwdriver blade on the electricians knives. ::nod:: So I thought that I would take a swing at it myself. ::hmm:: My new stiddy from Caddyman made the work easier and much nicer looking!

And today I took a different turn. I put some deer antler on a Queen barlow! ::tu:: The antler was left over from my re-handle on a Camillus Boy Scout whittler. They were center cuts or I suppose second cuts! Turned out well I think. Bolsters need more sanding but...

Pretty neat, goldpan!
Is the Queen barlow one with the aluminium bolsters?

Thanks Mike and Treefarmer. Yes this is one of the aluminum barlows. Bolsters, liners and all is one piece of aluminum. Very different!

I knew you were a goner as soon as you made that first knife. Oh well, it's better than doing drugs in the bathroom.
