Hope I am posting this in the right place as I am pretty new to the forum. I couldn't find a thread just on Miller Bros knives but would like to start one if there isn't one already... and if there is others interested. I do know I have seen a number of Miller Bros posted here and there on the forum.
Picked this up not long ago and to date no doubt my fav

... jigged bone handles and a lockback as well. I think the bolster at the pivot is iron and the lower bolster nickel silver. Knife measures 9 1/2 " open and 5 3/8" closed. It is in pretty good shape and only a really small pin crack on the backside of handle - lower pin near the iron bolster... blade is tight and snaps pretty well open but it may be the lockback I hear. There was some pitting on the blade that is evident in the right light but not terrible, and I would assume it had been sharpened at one time or another. It is pretty slow on the close... maybe I should lubricate the joint? It was cleaned pretty well when I bought it and haven't done anything to it yet but I will lube the joint and give it a light coating of Ren wax or oil. I haven't seen another like it so please post them up if anybody has another Miller Bros Hunter. Any comments - observations etc appreciated
Cheers
