That would be the 10th anniversary of the Case XX Select brand program. This was introduced by Case in 1998. If you want you can go to www.wrcase.com, scroll down the home page and click on Case Select under the special programs heading.hms wrote: I don't know what it's the tenth anniversary of?

That is a beauty Tom! Congrats!. Does it lock? Looks like a spot to release a lock by the upper bolster. Interesting spot for the lock release if that is what I am seeing.olderdogs1 wrote:Some really nice knives being posted. Great finds and I really enjoy seeing them.!!!![]()
I was at the Auction in Lafayette, Indiana yesterday. Had a great time visiting with jlw257 and some of the other Case Collectors. Thought I would post this old Case Brothers 6111 1/2 that I managed to stag at the auction. Great snap and tight as brand new!! Larry (jlw257)got some great pickups that he may post as well.
Thanks for looking!!
Tom
I didn't get that one. I think Robert Wells or Tony Foster ended up with that one but am not sure. I did look it over. Nice knife. Can't remember what it brought. Maybe Larry knows more. The auction moved pretty quickly!RalphAlsip wrote:Tom, congrats for snagging the 6111 1/2 L ! She's a beauty![]()
What about the Case Bradford 5374 Whittler in the auction catalog - did you snag that one, too? I would love to see some better pictures of that knife.
