Ken98k how do you like that teardrop jack? Been thinking one of those might be my next purchase.
Great looking knives guys. Just as a counter point, I have a couple of 6235's and they both have really strong snap on both blades. They carry really well too, and the handle shape is comfortable in the hand. I would highly recommend it as a pattern myself.
Edit! I just realized the comment about the weak snap was directed at the Bose teardrop and not the 35! Some people refer to the 35 as a teardrop pattern too, so I was momentarily confused, sorry! What I said about the 35 still stands though, so I will leave it...

Yea, my 6235s all have great snap. I usually refer to that style as a regular jack or a swell-end jack.313 Mike wrote:ken98k wrote:It's an okay knife but they have a reputation for a weak snap, and mine lives up to the rep.bcleather wrote:Nice knives everyone. The TB62028 is more of a teardrop shape but I call it a "skinny jack" due to it's slender profile.
I'm carrying the same bunch today.

Gdogg I like the fact that you put your knives through the paces and it shows. A knife is a tool after all, and a tool is used to do work. That's what you're showing us time and time again and I, for one, appreciate it.

In addition to my Leatherman Sidekick attached permanently on my belt I am drooping this Imperial camp knife rescaled with elk stag by whitebuffalo. The paracord allows me to droop the knife in the pocket and pull the knife out without having to dive into my pocket.....never had it snag on anything...

dogg -- Love that little Ka-Bar jack. It looks like it's in that 3¼" - 3-3/8" size that I've lately been so infatuated with.
Scott -- I have a lanyard that looks just like yours. Now if I could just remember where it came from.

Nice 6232 Gino.
Mitch I like that Buck ball cap, nice colors. What is that Buck Whittaker Round thing? Never seen one of those before.
Here's my carry today. I got this from oldgoat1911 in the pos roundtable . I think it is the Victorinox executive. It didn't have any handles on it. I had some scrap exotic leathers and skins so I picked out this Cane Toad and glued it on for something different. I kinda like it.

Re: WHAT ARE YOU CARRYIN RIGHT NOW? WHAT IS YOUR FAV EDC?
This which a buddy tried to talk me out of
He actually offered me a Queen 8450 Lockback and a Schrade+ Stagalon lockback for it!
But for the same reason he doesn't carry either of the heavy 5" knives I didn't want to let the Cattle Knife go for them! I will attempt to get the Queen some other way... it was awesome!
And this which Grandpa obviously used and sharpened!
