This is a circa 1914 - 1920 CONTINENTAL / CUTLERY CO. / NEW YORK marked 4" cigar jack made by The Robeson Cutlery Company.
The March 26, 1914, letter on Robeson letterhead posted below, concerns a shipment of Continental knives to a local retailer.

A Robeson marked knife like this would be an 037 pattern.
This particular knife sold on Ebay a couple of weeks back for $144.00.
