Need help with this knife?

Alright guys,I'm stumped on this one?i have no idea what it's use is or the maker???
It was in with all those sharpening stones I picked up.it appears to be stainless but not sure,it's as sharp as a razor,but just can't figure it out! Any help on this one would be appreciated?thanks

Some type of machine knife, I have no idea it`s exact use.

The company, (Klingelnberg ), is still in business, 1863-present.

I believe this is a pelletizing knife. Imagine a bunch of these bolted to the outer edge of a steel disk. Spin the disk and you have the knives rotating at high speed around the disk axis. Put this cutter on an extrusion machine and as you force product through the extruder the rotating knives chop the material into pellets.

You've probably seen animal feed or lawn fertilizer in the form of little cylindrical pellets. That's how these (and a lot of other such products) are made.
