Newest Case Pick-Ups

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

I like it Josh. Please don't tell me you found it at the bottom of the junk pile.

Dang Josh, that's another great score! For a self proclaimed "non-Case guy" you sure have been layin' your big ol' mitts on some fine looking specimens of Bradford made cutlery of late! ::tu::

Just picked this up in a trade with jdub. XX 6375, she ain't perfect but darn close. One little bite out of the tip of the sheepsfoot. It's been sharpened, so a good touch up ought to straighten it out.

But look at how good that bone still is and the blades are full! Light brown on one side (almost green bone), and dark brown on the other (it's lighter in hand than in the pic). Good and tight and real snappy! This one will get a little pocket time.

Thanks Justin

Exactly what I was thinking Mike my friend. No tacticals are needed when you have that one Josh! That is a beauty. I have a CASE XX USA 6292 with pretty bone as an EDC and I love that knife. Great score!

Very nice one Wade. Great score also! Dang that Justin. I thought we were tight. If it didn't go to me, glad that Wade has it. That will be a fine carry for sure.

Lol. Jerry you know me and XX 6375's. I love them. This one's in such great, lightly used shape, it's almost as if some one tipped the sheepsfoot and in disgust put it up.

It has been a long time since I have come across a good OLD Case knife. I think this fits the bill - it is a CASE Bradford 83074.

The knife is actually 3 15/32 - the master is marked Case Bradford, the spey has the oval stamp and the pen blade has the pattern number.

You're welcome Larry. That is a humdinger! I'd be surprised if a better example of Tested XX 94 J exists so it will fit nicely with your 54's and 91's :) ::tu::
