Watching the TV show 48 Hours and they're trying to solve a 1994 Florida murder where an unusual knife was used in the murder. Detectives say they've never seen another like it but I have to believe there are others. Maybe a custom knife? The best I can come up with is this link. Maybe you can break the case?
