My new EDC finally came today, a nice surprise to come home from work to!
This blade should be perfect for cutting all my food up.

Well I finally went ahead and did it, I retired the cheap Rough Rider I carried all last year.

I was going to start carrying a GEC but decided to try this one out for a year and see how it holds up to my everyday use.

JerryD gave this one away last year, I won it and have had it in the box ever since. I carried it all day today and so far I like it

It took a little getting use to, I don`t like a knife that does not snap shut, but I do like the little safety catch to keep the blade from opening and I really like a blade that locks open

It`s razor sharp too!

These three are seeing the most action at work with me today...the little wood handled number is a carbon steel custom by an unknown maker, gets razor sharp. The big Chef's knife is from a place in Chicago that swaps out knives for us every other week and of course the last one is a GEC 15

I've tried retiring knives before. Somehow they always find a way of coming out of retirement.
