Boker Barlow ID Question

Post by keithw »

Hi,
I'm a new member and have recently renewed my interest in pocket knives. I just purchased a Boker Tree Brand Barlow from old hardware store stock. It doesn't have any markings on the blades except the model number (493) stamped on the tang of the main blade. I'm guessing that it is from the late 70s or early 80s period when they were made in the US. Does this sound correct? I'm attaching a photo. Thanks in advance, and I look forward to being a part of the community.
Keith

Chris - I'd give my right arm to be ambidexterous.
