National knife museum??

National knife museum??

Has anyone been to the National knife meusum in TN?? I'm going on vacation in October and will be down that way. I was thinking about stopping by. How much time should I allot??

Eric are you referring to the one at SMKW? If you are, you better plan on 4-5 hours. The museum is only is fascinating, and you can spend a couple of hours there. But you will just be floored when you see all the different brands of knives, new and old that they have for sale. I know when I went this past summer, I spent at least four hours there.

Thanks. Yes thats the one I'm talking about. So 4-5 hours at the museum and another couple of hours at Smkw snd we have a good part of the day. Sounds good.

Eric, be prepared to spend a lot of time there if your wife will let you. We were in the area last year for Parkers Knife show and spent several hours at SMKW. The place is so big that you can almost get lost in there. The National Knife Museum is great but SMKW is almost like a museum as well.
