OPPPS It happened again!

Just bought a knife Muskrat from "Digital Freaks" off Ebay. The metal "Case" badge on the handle is "off-kilter" causing one of the metal edges to be exposed.

Anyone suspect a "rat" instead of a Muskrat?

Well you in your last post you said "Gonna try some of the AAPK stores."

And you wanted to get a bigger knife.

Did YOU ?

Can you show us a photo of the ones you have yet ?

Did you get a refund yet?

Guilty Guily Guilty...I hang my head in shame

It was late at night and I was surfing thru ebay and something got hold of me...must of been that "Chupacabra" thing.

I actually looked at the sales and I saw something that interest me but I lost it and could not find it again. I believe it was a muskrat or mini and the handle was a pale bone with the edges described as "goldish"

The guy from Digital Freak just emailed me and said he would replace without a problem.

I've not had a problem with this seller, at least not that I'm aware of, should I be concerned? My brother has bought several knives from him recently, should we be looking harder at what he bought?

Digital Freaks started about 2 1/2 years ago selling mostly New In The Box knives and they still sell nothing but new knives. They have had over 21,000 transactions and a score of around 8,500 with only 2 negatives. All these numbers mean is that that they do a lot of business and have a lot of repeat customers. They sell new Case, Kissing Crane, Chinese made Owl heads, sold as German made, Hen & Rooster as German made (I thought these were made in China now), German Bull and Buck to name a few. They do have a lot of Chinese made knives and sell them as German made. I have bought some Bulldogs from them with no problems, except they were listed wrong.
Service has been good but listings may not be accurate!

I figured they would do the right thing, their business ethics have been great in my experience, even if the listings aren't always perfect they seem to do the right thing. ::tu:: ::tu::

Digi has become my favorite seller on ebay. I just got two REAL nice knives in, he always ships FAST and has even worked with me to the extent that he has altered listings to include accept best offers and sold me several knives below his buy it now price. He has a lot of very desireable and collectible knives. There isnt a seller on ebay that doesnt have some less than good transaction to relate a tale about. I am in the middle of one right now awaiting payment for an ounce of gold that was sold 8 days ago. once the buyer finally did contact me to make arrangements his reasons were valid and I learned the value of holding off on any negative action until all avenues have been exhausted.
Digi doesnt have a lot of OLD collectibles but he has a nice selection of newer limited run, SFO's etc that have the potential to increase in value over time and every one I have received from him have been exactly as desribed and in perfect shape.
