case xx display case

i am looking for a larger type(5ft-6ft tall) display cabinet for my knives and was wanting to know where to buy them. found a few on ebay with no luck wanting to know who makes them for case.

As always, I could be wrong, but I don't think that anyone is making Case display cabinets in that size for retail. Your best bet would probably be to find an old display cabinet that was used in a hardware store... Some were quite large. Maybe on eBay as you mentioned.

I spoke to a manager at Lowe's Hardware to ask him what they did with their Case displays when they were done with them. He told me they "THROW THEM IN THE DUMPSTER IN THE BACK OF THE STORE!!!" I've been cruisin' the alleys of Lowe's stores ever since. I've seen them sell on Ebay for about $200. More if it's an older display.
